Shocking Dragon

Yah so i was doodling again and playing with designs until i ended up with this lil creature. He'll be one of my (i guess numerous) dragon types in my Grekk region wherein many fakemon have ties with mythology.

PokeDex Entry: They are responsible for occasional power outages throughout towns even if they are up to 2 miles away. They are so fast and graceful that they can run ontop of water and even blades of grass without trampling them.

alright so before you start trolling me that "A KIRIN IS NOT A DRAGON" well it isnt, but they are very graceful creatures and this is loosely based on Uchiha Sasuke's Kirin attack which he used on Itachi. It was a pretty awesome lightning attack.
